At Slapatio Sauce, every order is packed with care. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, our team will review it and help with the right solution.

7-Day Window

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Food Safety

Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Proof Required

Please include your order number and clear photos for damaged or incorrect items.

Food Product Return Policy

Because Slapatio Sauce is a food product, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products. This policy helps protect all customers and keeps our product handling standards safe.

If your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When We May Help

We may approve a refund, replacement, or store credit in the following cases:

  • Your order arrived damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order was missing an item.
  • The product packaging was defective on arrival.
  • There was a verified order fulfillment issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened hot sauce bottles.
  • Used products.
  • Products with broken seals after delivery.
  • Items damaged because of improper storage after delivery.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, promotional items, or free items.
  • Orders reported after the return window has passed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number, full name, clear photos of the item, photos of the shipping box, and a short explanation of the issue.

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

Replacements

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may send a replacement at no additional cost after reviewing the request. Replacement approval depends on product availability and proof of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been packed or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation may not be possible.
